At Hyster, we recognize that each work environment and application requirement could be different. We have customers in a huge variety of industries which motivates us to offer a really diverse array of materials handling product solutions. Regardless of what your industry is or what the environmental conditions we have a machinery to suit your requirements and get jobs completed effectively. We have built trusting relationships between promotion, service and manufacturing teams so that we can assure you that all equipment are built to the highest quality standards and that you will receive the ongoing support you need when you have a Hyster machinery on your work site.
From the initial concept and design to the manufacturing and sale of the product, each product that Hyster markets will go through a nine stage development process. Each stage of the development process has been created to ensure product quality over the lifetime of the machine. Hyster testing centers are able to simulate the life cycle of a lift truck in order to make sure that the machinery lasts and that it performs as designed.
In order to be sure that we know what all our clients actually want, Hyster performs a lot of research regarding client needs. All this research is then utilized to the products design. Designs are built utilizing cutting edge computer aided design systems which help to lessen the risk of weak points and ensure that positioning of all components are optimal for both service requirements and performance. Next, prototypes are built in cooperation with experts and specialists in ergonomics and compartment design. Every prototype and component is put through rigorous life cycle testing to pick up on and correct any problems which may reduce the life of a part or a machinery to a less than optimal level. When a machinery comes out of the testing stage of development, we would like to be sure that it will function to a high standard. Testing in real life settings is also performed so that we can gather more information on the performance of the machine and be confident that it will meet the standards required to get the task completed.
