Established in 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family business within the Northern Italy's biggest industrial place. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide array of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
The business started crane production in 1963. Eventually, the company pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru currently produces and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machines are designed and engineered for various uses and there are models available to cover all construction requirements.
FMgru has several really flexible lifting options for smaller businesses working on private houses and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and provide 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Topless tower cranes are among their other units. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and really adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any building or construction project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These types of cranes are particularly designed to work in tight locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated in close proximity to each other.
